Fortnite - Xbox Live Party and Fortnite Game Chat not working.

When I updated fortnite the first time this year (2021) for Chapter 2 Season 6 I would get the message from fortnite “You are in a console only channel and others may not be able to hear you.” Somehow I managed to fix it. Im not sure how. Sadly, it started back up. My mic was working perfectly fine, not even a week ago, and then when I went to go adjust my audio settings to hear my friends better in-game, it stopped working. It gives me that message “You are in a console only channel and others may not be able to hear you” even when Im not in an Xbox Party.
Ive already a variety of things:

-Shutting down and rebooting the Xbox One console

-Uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite (Twice)

-Opening fortnite while in and out of an Xbox Live Party

-Turned off my headset microphone

-Tried pressing “X” on the controller as Fortnite suggested while in the “Voice Chat tab” under “Social” but that did nothing

-Double checking my Voice chat preferences on Fortnite (all of which are allowed or on)

-Double checking my Communication settings on the Xbox (all of which are also allowed or everyone)

-Unplugging my headset from my controller and plugging it back in (while the Xbox is On and Off)

-Quitting and reopening the Fortnite app

I might have tried one or two more things, but at the moment I cannot remember them. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks,

GamerBean

Answer

I hard reset the Xbox by holding the Xbox symbol on the actually Xbox for 10 seconds. Then unplugged it and replugged it. Worked after that no problem.
