Football Manager 2021 - Won't Launch on Game Pass - Gaming UI keeps popping up

When launching Football Manager 2021 through Xbox Game Pass on PC it launches and proceeds to run through the opening sponser pages. However before finishing the Xbox Gaming UI pops up asking me to sign in. It already has my credentials pre loaded and I select the "Lets Go" option but the pop closes and then reappears again.

No matter how many times I sign in it will accept and then pop up immediately after.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both the game and the xbox app but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?
