"Fix on Web" Login Problem

I created a Xbox family account for my son and it worked great for a day. The next day its unusable with an "fix on the web" error message. I've tried to contact support but unable to reach anyone but the virtual assistant. I've scoured the web for fixes and the only thing I've found is to delete the account entirely and create an entirely new account with an entirely new email account associated. Took me quite some time to set up the account initially with all the parental controls. Is doing it all again really the best solution?

when it shows a Fix on Web message, usually login in at http://account.microsoft.com should show where the issue is for you to fix it.

Best would be to login with any of the accounts in the family and check if all information is up to date and correct on that link.

After that also try login in at http://account.xbox.com/settings for any of the accounts, this is the page where you can also adjust privacy and online safety settings for any child accounts via the parental account in the Family.
