Fishpond.com.au - AVOID!

I agree. Ordered 3000 MS points from them on May 21. Still not here, and they won't give me a refund. I have opened a PayPal claim dispute to try and get my money back.

I ordered the same thing on around the same date! They are blaming it on Aus Post and I'm still awaiting the item. Guess I should open a claim dispute also.. Definately be avoiding Fishpond from now on.

Any site that insists on mailing Microsoft points is a bad one, email FTW.

Wouldnt you just use Gamecard or something? I have ordered big toy purchases and books from their often and they have never given me trouble before. So its just MS points thats the hassle ?

Dozens purchased them. $36 or so for 3000pts, hard to pass up

Yeah, I ended up getting them for $26, as I had $10 credit from them somehow. Still, not worth it. Pathetic that they won't be here for the Blops maps on Tuesday, 5 weeks after they were 'posted'....

They also *** people with pre-orders, particularly for Collectors Editions.

Gamecard are only cheap for the 12 month subscriptions too... their expensive for Points.

Yeah I totally agree!  Fishpond has to be the single WORST ONLINE ETAILER EVER!  They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  They think it is acceptable to respond to emails in 48-72 hours!  This is ridiculous!

I also ordered 2 sets of points cards from them on 2 separate orders.  Neither have got through and the 1st order was placed in early May.  The have blamed everything from Australia Post, the ash clouds, the neighbour's dog and anything else that comes to mind.  They claimed to have re-ordered and re-shipped both orders and I am still waiting.

I set PayPal claims against them because they are so bad at responding to mails.  I am also going to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

DO NO EVER USE FISHPOND!  THEY SUCK A$$!!!

I bought some books once before and they couldn't deliver and told me 3 months after my order.

Also to avoid is Ozgameshop.. they were caught bait advertising the other day.

There's so many businesses out there now it's just eaiser to avoid the dodgy ones.
