Fallout 3 GOTY with game pass will not launch.

When I try and launch the game it will not launch.

Nothing on this page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-gameplay-issues-windows-10 helps at all. Does anyone know what to do?

Given the problem you are having, I believe it is something specific to the game that may be an incompatibility issue because the game is too old. There are workarounds for this issue in the steam launcher, however, they will not apply to the game pass version as the download files from the Microsoft Store and Xbox app are encrypted.
