Error E102 00000C01 80070003.

My daughter just got the Xbox live Gold subscription for online gaming for Christmas. But now the xbox one has came up with an error code and I have tried using the troubleshooter and also resetting it but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The error code is E102 00000C01 80070003

Hi Kckm17, 

Go to https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/startup-error-solution and scroll down to E102 (your error code) and follow the instructions from there.

Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console offline.

 In the link below you will find the neccessary steps to do to fix this error.

My console can't even update offline. I don't know what to do, and I don't feel like spending $180.00 on a repair when the harddrive costs only 35 bucks.
