Error Code 0x9b100041

I've gotten this code every single time now for 2 days I power on my xbox and try to start up Destiny 2.  It just says "Something went wrong.. Give it another try.  If this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x9b100041".  That's all well and good, except I've tried hard resetting the xbox, soft resets, cleaning the disc, resetting and clearing the cache from the router.  Oh, and also,....THIS ERROR CODE ISN'T ON ANY HELP FORUM OR ERROR CODE LIST!!!  I've only seen one post on reddit about this code after a Google search.  Please advise.....

Hello Leeaker,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are those all of the steps you have tried to resolve the issue? If so, can you try uninstalling the game and then re-installing it?

Yo should also try launching the game with a different profile if you have one readily available. Let us know the results!

Happy Gaming!

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

  1. On your console, install the Xbox Insider Hubapp (if you don’t already have it).
  2. Hold down the Xbox button  on the controller.
  3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
  4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
