Error code 0x87e0000f

Hi,

I'm using XBox App for Windows and have a active Game Pass subscrition.

Everytime I try to download any of the bigger games, it stopps with the error code 0x87e0000f aomewhere between 20 and 50%!

I tryed every trouble shooting stepps I could find online like reinstalling the Gaming Service, rest and repair of the App, the Microsoft Store and the Gaming Service, but nothing helped so far!

This is my Windows specification:

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 21H2

Installed on ‎03.‎11.‎2021

OS build 22000.918

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.918.0

And the XBox-App Versions:

This is the Error:

Sadly I'm not able to post the "See error details", that box dissapears the moment I do something (like trying to capture the screen).

We understand that you have an issue downloading games which gives you an error code of 0x87e0000f. This error code means either of the following;

  • System not having the latest updates

  • Xbox Live Service is Temporarily unavailable

  • Having trouble connecting to Xbox Live.

  • The game or app download may need to be canceled and then downloaded again.

Solution are as follows;

  1. Check for a system update

  2. Check the Xbox status

  3. Test your Xbox Live connection.

  4. Cancel or redownload the app or game.

Thx, but I‘m aware of that. Problem is, I get that error message on my Windows PC using the XBox-App for Windows.

My system is up to date, according to Windows Updates, the App is up-to-date, according the Microsoft Store and XBox Live Service is available - at least I can log-off/log-on at any time…

So Problem still exists…
