The error code does not have any support articles associated to it so would you mind explaining the issue a little further?

What is it that you were trying to do before getting this error?

What console are you playing on?

Reset xbox one.trying to link my profile to xbox one.did system updates but cant get to next part to upload my profile so i can sign in an play.get error code..i have account registered.with xbox one info..so far this is making a great paper weight.

Tried nothing...cant get pass this error

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to add your account onto the console through the initial setup process, and have already tried some troubleshooting.

We understand that you receive an error code in this process as well, has there been an attempt made to add a different account besides the one you're currently trying to use?

It is our suggestion to follow our set up your Xbox One console support article as it contains a wizard for walking through the initial setup and especially this sign in phase.

Try the suggested and let us know what worked.
