(Edit) I’ve enabled 2fa on Fortnite and it won’t let me gift to anyone

I’ve enabled 2fa on Fortnite and it won’t let me gift to anyone it just says “enable 2fa” even tho I’ve done it many times. Anyone else experience this? How do I fix it?

I have figured it out

1. Log into the epic games website (https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/)

2. Go to the drop down that has account setting at the top and scroll down until you see Apps and Accounts. Select that.

3.Unlink the account that doesn’t match with said device and relink it to the right one. (may take some trial and error but it shouldn’t get rid of anything since it’s purchases and stuff are connected to the account and not the console)

4. Re-enable 2FA

This worked for me. Sorry if it doesn’t help you

I am having same issues with my account can't gift and it keeps making me enable 2fa even tho i keep doing it

Nah no fix till now, I’ve even tried on different accounts to make sure it isn’t a problem on my end. It’s most likely a problem from epic that they to fix but they’re not replying to my request
