EA Access Hub

Hi. I've problem with EA Access Hub. I bought EA Access subscription for PC in Microsoft Store today. After that, i downloaded the EA Access Hub application for using this Access in my computer. When i tried to open EA Access Hub app, it gives an error like: We can't login to your Xbox Live account right now and gives an error code: 0x87DD0005. I tried uninstall and reinstall EA Access Hub and Xbox, I tried restart my computer. I tried to contact with Xbox support and we try to solve this problem but after all this situation they said you need to contact with Electronic Arts. I contacted with Electronic Art but they're saying there's no problem with EA, they're saying this is a Xbox Live problem. What should i do now? How can i fix this problem? I mean, i've EA Access subscription for PC but i can't use.

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns the EA Access Hub on your Windows 10 PC.

The EA Access subscription is only available to Xbox One and PS4 users, as stated through the official EA Website. If the app were to sign you in, it would only display games available to you, but it would not serve as a hub for downloading said games. The subscription available to PC users is the Origin Access subscription where it not only lets you purchase games at a discounted rate, it will also allow you to download those games directly onto your PC.

As you are playing on PC, we would like to suggest getting a refund by submitting a refund request through our Refund Request Webform for that recently purchased EA Access subscription.

So why have an EA ACCESS HUB APP for windows 10 if it wont even load, please remove it from windows PC instead of mis-leading people...Sloppy work id say.
