DLC not working

This is for Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker on Xbox One. I bought the Season Pass 5 DLC when it first came out, and I got the first part of the DLC just fine. However, a new DLC, the new character Temari, was added to the Season Pass very recently, and it doesn’t recognize that I own it. I will have pictures attached below. I tried uninstalling the whole pack and reinstalling it remotely using my computer, and it still doesn’t work. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can get my money’s worth? And yes, before anyone asks, it downloaded, but I apparently don’t own it, and so the DLC doesn’t work. Also, sorry for the blurry images. Not sure what happened there.ImageImageImageImageImage

Yes, this new DLC came out today. However, it is already included in the bundle. Also, the bundle is in my purchase history, and it recognizes that I own the first DLC and the bonus that came with the bundle, but not the new DLC.

Sometimes when a new content is released, some players dont receive it yet.

We can try refreshing your account content and licenses to see if that does the trick:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

I followed all of your instructions, but it didn't work. I still don't have the DLC, and based on the reviews for the DLC, other people had this issue as well, and bought the individual DLC in order to get it to work.

Yes, I also saw other people having this issue with the DLC

I think the best option for now is try reaching Bandai Namco and ask them what's happening exactly

Just to see if maybe there is a temporary issue with the licenses due to this recent launch or if it's something different

what's funny is some people idk who actually went to customer support for bandai and the support literally told them to just buy the dlc and didn't help at all

I have had the same problem for 2 month, I have tried to ask a gamer, no help, I have tried to call Microsoft and I have requested refunds.

I have not had 1 single reply of email confirming they intend to fix or find a solution!

I have spend the last 40 minutes have the phone disconnected by Microsoft as there agents don’t speak English and simply do not want to help!

So annoying the micro soft make players jump through hoops to find a solution to simple things!

Great advise, what do you do when all these things don’t work! Which is normally the case?

I find it easy for anyone to offer basic obvious advise. That most already know.

Microsoft /Xbox

Do not make it easy to correctly identify a problem a player has! Easy to take someone’s money, sumit and ticket and still you’re left wondering what is happening as they don’t bother to respond!

In normal life if you buy a product your have rights? With Xbox and Mirco soft you just get confused and left feeling cheated, as it’s rarely fixed or replied too

I figured out how to download it. For me I had to remote download season pass 5 from xbox.com. Check the microsoft instructions to learn how to do to remote download I hope it works for you
