crashing and turn off xbox series x while playing online nba 2k21 next gen

hi bro...i do feel the next gen games like nba2k21 edition....when playing produce more heat you can feel it by your hand....

      i notice this crashes  on the second game playing online 2k21 next gen.......today i try to put a small fan on the base of the console since mine is position horizontally.....and i finish  a second game without any crashes......still im on the trial mode to play today  around 4 games online with this setup.....is there a way during next gen games the fan can turn faster.....or any update

comming for xbox..or either for the 2k sports... optional  to make the game run minimal...or some option in some games like off ray tracing..or some technical staff....hope  this crashes would be fix soon...hope there is an update n microsoft can consider this forum from mosst of us players specially online 2k21  or other next gen games

Same. It's nothing to do with network issues. I've had nba2k21 less than two weeks tried tried and tried again the same exact thing happens screen crashes every game I play online then each time I have to reset my series X I've asked for a refund for the digital purchase but been denied 3 separate times buy a generic email stating because I've played the game I cannot get a refund. Having any part of a game that does not work or is broken must be given in refund of credit.

There is no way I would of bought this game with the game braking online bugs it has. Do not buy this game.

Has nothing to do with the network. My keeps crashing and the screen goes out with colored vertical lines and no screen. It just did it to me again and my screen is black, but I can here me me scrolling. So its on just with no screen.  This xbox series x is a piece of ****.

Im another user who is very frustrated with NBA 2K21 online games crashing mid game every single time I play. I have the digital edition. 

Very frustrating for me, and also for who ever I'm playing at the other end. 

hi bro i think i have i have  avoid the crashes while playing nba21 next gen...by changing the the tv and display setting in the xbox....by the way im running before on my tv 4k at 60 fps......i notice it runs hotter specilly playing 2k21.....and the crashes was so frequent.....i read on article and also in youtube ..changing the xbox setting to 1080 p  but with 120 fps... in the xbox setting ..tv and display setting....after this i never have crashes lately....Only....bad internet connection..that can stop my game ....there is an instruction in youtube in case you want it in detail....some guys i play have the same issue and also solve the crashing problem....hope it help you and do . answer if it works on you also bro...

dropping back to 1080p fixes the issue, although it then feels a little pointless having bought the newer xbox for 4K.
