Connection Problems with beIN Connect

Hi,

I have a running subscription with beIN Connect. I downloaded the app from XBox store, signed in and accessed Live Steaming to watch football . It was working perfectly for two weeks and all of a sudden whenever I click on an beIN HD sport channel I get the following message: Connection Error, Try Again Later.

It works perfectly on WINDOWS 10 but not on Xbox anymore.

Having contacted beIN Connect, they said that all is OK from their side and that I should contact Microsoft.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you talking about this app here : BeIN Connect for XBox. While it shows that the app would work on Xbox one, it also shows "BeIN Connect for XBox is currently not available."

So it is currently not available for customers to install. It may have been removed from the store. I recommend contacting BeIN again and letting them know that. The link i provided you could help them understand the issue more clearly.

Thank you for your reply.

The beIN Sport app is currently available from the XBox One app Store and you can download it without any problem. As I said, all features presently work except the Live Feed Streaming. And it was streaming perfectly up to the last two weeks.

So your assessment of the problem is inaccurate.

Hi Youssef,

Even i have the same problem. I have been watching on Xbox beginning of the year and since November mid im getting the Error message.

Were you able to find a solution.

Not at all,

Now I cannot even sign in !!???

It is a really frustrating situation...

and what is even more frustrating is that they all claim (beIN and MS) that there are no problems on their side,  

If it is not working anymore fine but at least we are owed an explanation,,

No, it works only on my Windows 10 PC. I guess we sadly need to forget about the XBox..:(
