The lte connection isnt consistent nor meant for large downloads 

You may experience issues with communication and gameplay latency

You are better off with a broadband connection

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with connecting to your Mobile Hotspot. I understand that you can't power cycle your network hardware being that you are on your mobile device but have you tried turning off the phone for a while and then powering it back on to see if that works?

Connecting to a Hotspot will work sometimes but it is not the most reliable source of network. If the issue persists and you have no way to connect to any other network I would advise reaching out to your carrier to see if there is anything that they can advise to you as far as troubleshooting the Hotspot.
