Combining Minecraft accounts?

I have Minecraft on the PC back when it used Java, and still use it. I bought the Nintendo Switch version of Minecraft. The Switch version is connected to my Microsoft account, and my Microsoft account doesn't have the full game on the PC. Is there a way to combine the two where I don't need to have two separate Minecraft accounts? I'd like to have just one account for both PC and console.

To be able to have one account for both Nintendo Switch and PC you will need to have the Windows 10 edition of the game on the PC. As Java and Bedrock (Xbox One, mobile, windows 10, nintendo switch)  has different coding in the game.
