Hello MatGF,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
I understand that when you install or update the game, the Microsoft Store is always stuck on "Checking dependencies". If I understand incorrectly, you can always correct me.
I understand that you did not solve the problem through the above methods. I want to know if you have tried the following troubleshooting steps to see if they work:
Update Windows version:
① Press the Start button on the taskbar, type Settings, and then select Settings.
② On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.
③ On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if there are any updates available for your device.
④ After downloading the update, select Install now to start the installation.
⑤ After installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
Repair the game service app, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store app:
Go to "Application Settings>" > "Application Features". Select "Game Service" and click "Advanced Options". Click the Repair button, do the same for the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store app, try to log in again and see if it works.
Reset the Store:
① Press Windows+R, enter wsreset in "Run", and confirm.
② If the problem persists, it is recommended that you try the following solution to redeploy your Store:
Enter the following command in the "Administrator: Windows Powershell" window that opens:
get-appxpackage *store* | remove-Appxpackage
Install again:
add-appxpackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\*Store*\AppxManifest.xml" -disabledevelopmentmode
Check your Microsoft Store device management:
Make sure you have not exceeded the Microsoft Store device limit, and your Microsoft account can register up to 10 devices.
Go to the Microsoft Store app on your PC.
Select your profile picture in the upper right corner. You will see a menu with options such as "Administrator Account" and "Device".
Select it and it will open a web window. If you are not already logged in, please log in.
In the left menu, select "Devices" and at the bottom you will see "Manage Microsoft Store devices" or something similar. It should say "Microsoft Store devices". Select it and you will see all the devices associated with your account.
If you have more than 10, especially PCs you have used before, this may cause problems. Remove any devices you no longer use.
Try again afterward to see if the same thing happens.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. Feel free to reply if you have any questions.
