Can’t unlink PSN from Microsoft account on Minecraft

I recently connected the wrong Microsoft account to my PSN account and I can’t unlink it. It always says to check my internet when my internet is fine.

Hello Savaged Wolf23,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to unlink your Microsoft account from your PlayStation account. There is a support article on Minecraft's support website which explains more about linking and unlinking the accounts. There is a risk involved with unlinking the accounts. The article talks more about the risks of unlinking the accounts. If you are still unsuccessful with unlinking the accounts, we suggest reaching out to Mojang support. Be sure to let us know the results!

This doesnt mention how to unlink your accounts. And the Mojang site doesnt have Minecraft Bedrock or PS4. Can some moderstor give us a real solution instead of a copypasted paragraph? Maybe at least an explanation?

A solution out another topic.

1. Go to the PS4 settings menu

2. Select 'Application Saved Data Management'.
3. Select 'Saved Data in System Storage'
4. Select DELETE
5. Select Minecraft
6. Delete the SAVED DATA files.  (There were two on my system).  You don't need to touch your World designs.

Once the files are deleted reload Minecraft.

The game will start as if for the first time.

Follow the setup instructions for Microsoft account login.

The following method worked for me and I was able to login with correct account.

Login with the account already associated.

Do not unlink

Do not sign out

Load the game

Press PS button

Then go to settings

Go to storage

Click on Saved data
It will warn you that Minecraft will be shut down
Press OK
Select Minecraft
Select “Saved Data” file with cog
Press delete
Do the same with second file “Saved data” both have a cog

Once deleted do not restart PS just return to mine craft and sign in using a new login and that’s it.

it is recommended you backup your saved games.

also note that any activity since logging in with previous account will be lost.
