Cant login into xbox game pass app

i can login into the microsoft store but not into the xbox game pass app. When i go to login, a window pops up for several seconds, then closes, and then the store behind it refreshes. i've already uninstalled and reinstalled it but its still broken. Any fix? thanks in advance.

The fixes there dont work for me. It seems like i have the same problem a guy in that thread posted and i think he still has not fixed ( https://youtu.be/R_k5D6oNlr0
