Cant host or join a game in Resident evil 6 for xbox one? the game crashes everytime I try to

I cant host or join  a game in resident evil 6

Everytime I try the games freezes it crashes

I can only play off line perfectly

When I tried multiplayer mode for both story mode or extra content it crashes

Have anyone had this problem?

If u manage to fix this issue pls let me know

yeah

I even reset my console twice and deleted everything :(

but still not working

I even went to a friend´s house and download it from his internet and still not working

it crahses everytime I try to play any multiplayer mode

capcom and xbox pls resolve this issue

Same here, just bought it digital off store, and after almost a day of installing, I went to play and 5 times straight, crash. I switched to offline and fine, tried again online crash.   Can we get this fixed, it really sucks that they release this and then you can't play with friends/family or in my case my GF.

Same issue here... I bought it on disc and it doesn't work, I can only play offline.

Same issue here. We play on 2 Xbox one in the same house. My Wife no Problems, but i can´t host. Only join her game or offline its fine.

I have the same issue and worked with Xbox support for 2 days. They don't have an answer. Capcom isn't very responsive so I emailed them until I got a response. You all should email capcom at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I am not sure they believe me but I sent the, a video.

I posted a forum on capcom webpae about this issue. and I even emailed them but still no response

u people should write on the resident evil forum too.
