So I cancelled the auto renewal for an Ark server through Nitrado. Without realizing it, it ran out because I was just going to pay it. Well there is no option to resubscribe to the service or anything. Thanks in advance for any advice.

That's odd. Try uninstalling the app, clearing your console's MAC, installing the app again, and trying to rent the server.
To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.
If the problem persists, try renting the server in the Nitrado app on your PC. You can download the app from the Microsoft Store, log in with your account and rent the server for your Xbox.
