Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So since you purchase the games on your account, you would be the owner of the games. I'm sorry but nothing is transferable between accounts, in the future you should use the gifting feature to accomplish this

in the meantime we can set their Xbox's to your home Xbox, so that you can share subscriptions, and games. Please note that some games for example call of duty, do not share in that cloud gaming is only accessible via Game Pass ultimate and to the principal subscriber
