I've had this problem for about a month now. Every time I try to play a backwards compatible game on Xbox One it says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 8015190A" I've tried signing in on Xbox 360 as well but I get the same error. I've tried everything I could find on the Internet but so far I haven't seen any results.

It would be better to create a new thread instead of bumping older ones. :)
However, an issue like this with accessing content via backwards compatibility is usually due to changes that were made on your account. Follow the instructions at this link

So i deleted my profile then tried to download the profile again. The download gets about 10% done and gives me an error every time:
"Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."
Here's the kicker, though. I know my credentials are right because I can use them to sign into XBL on XB1 and to sign into xbox.com with no problems whatsoever.
This is irritating to say the least, because it will disconnect me from xbox live on 360 mid-game and wont let me reconnect. What's a man gotta do to play some borderlands co-op?!

I know this is an old post, but I found something on MS support here. Use Solution 2
Short version, make any changes to your profile pic via Avatar Editor, save then relaunch a 360 game.
I've just bought a One X and was having same troubles on the backward compatibility 360 games as they're all cloud saved (very annoying!)

Hey there,
We will be locking this thread due to it being revived by a new post. We appreciate the feedback but we shouldn't be bumping old threads as that goes against the Xbox Forum Rules and Guidelines. Instead, if the issue is ongoing, we recommend creating a new thread. We will be more than happy to answer any questions.
Thank you!
Diego
