So I have been repeatedly trying to figure out how to get the microphone on my Mixamp to work but my xbox account wont recognize any of my headsets for some reason. I have hard reset my xbox and done many other options and searched for answers online but nothing has worked. I go to select an account of my headset but I press on my account and it just doesn't select it for some reason. This is only a problem when it is plugged into the actual Mixamp, but when plugged into my controller it works perfectly fine. I also have the new Tr series headset and mixamp so I just don't know.

I’m having the same issue and could use help fixing the problem. I have the A40 with mix amp. It is all plugged in correctly and verified it more than once. I have the Xbox X series. I have also confirmed I have the most recent firmware upgrade on the A40s. I am unable to get the Xbox to assign the A40s to my profile. It shows the headset and says they are connected but nothing happens when I go to assign the headset and without doing that, they do not work. If I unplug the headset from the mix amp and plug into my Xbox controller, they work but still unable to assign them to my profile.
Any suggestions? Thank you
