ARK: Survival Evolved - Xbox game pass PC

I see a message telling I don't have any applicable devices when I try to install through the Microsoft Store.

Thank you for posting her on the Xbox forums. I can confirm that Ark Survival Evolved is Available on both the Gamepass Games list, and the Play anywhere games list.

Xbox gamepass works with Play anywhere so, you should be able to download it no problem as long as your Gamepass subscription is still active. Try this link to help you download the game : Where to download games for Windows 10 

Have you made sure that you are signed into the Microsoft Account that owns the Xbox GamePass subscription as the Windows Profile signed into the computer? Perhaps you can also safely power down the PC and leave it unplugged from the power for about 2 minutes before plugging it back in and trying again.

Apologies, I was busy last night.

The steps provided haven't helped, as I was already signed into the correct account. I have restarted my PC, and that didn't fix the issue.
I've done some further testing, and it seems to be ALL games that I'm not able to download through the Microsoft Store.

I'm still able to play Sea of Thieves (downloaded a few months ago).

Can you advise steps that will allow me to download games again please?

Yes, that's where I'm trying to download it from as you can see in the screenshot I uploaded earlier. If I go into My Library and select the Xbox Game Pass menu, I can see this:

Is this some sort of glitch? Chris J mentioned earlier that I should have access to ARK: Survival Evolved.

There are some games on this list that are available to install. They are:
- Disneyland Adventures
- Forza Horizon 4

- Gears of War 4

- ReCore: Definitive Edition

- Riptide GP: Renegade

- Ruiner

- Rush: A DisneyPixar Adventure

- Sea of Thieves

- Super Lucky's Tale

and Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection, if that helps at all.

What region on are you in?  I'm not sure if that makes a difference on what games are available for Play Anywhere or not.  

I ask because the screenshot you posted from the website looks to show Yen
