As per checking, Destiny 2: Lightfall is not an Xbox Play Anywhere, meaning, it cannot be played on both PC and Xbox console. In this case, what I can recommend is to cancel your pre-order transaction by following the steps below;
- Log in to
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then search for the item you would like to cancel. Click Manage, then cancel.
