Allowing my child to play multiplayer games

I have a child's account that is linked to my family account, and that is preventing him from being able to play games online. I can't even figure out how to see a list of people in my family, much less change any of their permissions. I would be open to letting him out of the "family" if that is the way to do this, but can't figure out how to do any of this, and the online instructions are spectacularly awful.

Hi davidk_family! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

To allow a child to play multiplayer games it's necessary to change some settings in the account privacy, here is a step by step guide on how to do this process
