Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today despite this Hector

Exists the possibility that this could be a temporary issue, right now there isn't a similar outage reported
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

But I'm seeing some players posting similar threads in the forums. (Right now, including your thread I saw 5 threads about this topic)
Please try waiting couple hours to see if the status page acknowledge the problem (you can start to report this as well using the web page)

And you can keep an eye on the Xbox support Twitter page

Hi, someone else shared something that can help.
Give it a try:

"I found a solution, First thing, you have to install it from the Microsoft store directly, here is not enough it is necessary: open the run menu: Windows + R typing: regedit follow this path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Services In services look for GamingServices and GamingServicesNet and remove both After that you should be able to start the download ;)"

I have Gamepass PC and get the excact same message (I am from germany and in the german store), when I try to install "The Ascent" or "Wolfenstein".

I already have Deathloop (18+) installed and can start that fine, so there is that.

Both - the telephone and chat support doesn't work.

Btw I am 44 and have already played the Wolfenstein games over that excat account like a year ago and bought Windows licenses with it. I checked the "Family Center" (the navigation between the different profile sections is abysmal btw) and there are no other family members as shouldn't be.

Edit - 1 day later:
Today it seems to be working again without doing anything else from my side.
