Achievements not unlocking in minecraft

I've been running into this issue a lot recently and I havent found anything that works from relaunching the game to restarting the console. I've made 9 iron golems in my completely survival world and it still hasn't unlocked the achievement "body guard" and other achievements that I've completed. It's really frustrating

Good day

Sometimes after an update there is some bugs with achievements not unlocking. Happened with me with the achievement where you need to teleport over 100 blocks of a single throw of ender pearl. 

As for the iron golem, try making it while in a village.

If you have someone else that plays on your Xbox (like a brother or sister)
 then they might have played on your survive world in creative therefore the world can't be used to get achievements

I had the same problem but with the "it's a sign" achievement. It was really fustrating until i relised it only works with oak. Dunno why but if you can't complete the "it's a sign" achievement just use oak.

Can takes up to 72 hours to be updated, if still not up to date after that delay , go to  https://support.xbox.com/games/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-achievements-challenges

The achievement is coded to only work with the oak sign. As the other signs was added later.
