Having trouble getting online with PES 2017 keep getting this message.

The necessary login data could not be acquired from the pes 2017 server.

Anyone else having problems?

Can anyone help me resolve this issue.

Hi,

Delete your profile from the console and add it back ( how to https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one ), if you still have issue, call helpdesk of PES 2017

You're getting that error message because the servers have been shutdown for the game since May.

It used to be PES servers had a two year lifespan (i.e. the 2017 servers would shut down early 2019). But now they cut it down to 1 year.

There was an announcement made earlier this year
