0x800401fb

I'm getting this error code "0x800401fb" when I try to open "My games & apps" with the code not being recognised on the suggested support site. If I try and open Elite: Dangerous, nothing happens...

Please help!

I am getting that error code as well, cant use anything on my xbox. No apps or games work, have restarted multiple times.

mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.

same here can't find anything about this error. I was playing some halo mc and then this code came up 0x800401fb and now I can't play anything or do anything

Been able to solve it? Xbox was working fine last night now I get this error code and the xbox goes blank. I can't even get into anything. It won't even start up. I don't want the red ring 😢

I restarted mine and for some reason my monitor didnt pick up my xbox so i turned it off and on and turned my xbox off after restarting it and it worked.

If it has not been fixed yet try going to your setting on your Xbox one and restart your Xbox this helped me when I was getting the error and now my Xbox one is working fine and I haven't had the error since
