Sorry to hear you are having controller issues, but there are a lot of factors that can be affecting the performance. I'd definitely encourage you to make sure and run through all the troubleshooting here (https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/accessories/wireless-controller-disconnects)
to try and resolve the issue. Also, does this happen with just one or all of your controllers? Have you also tested the controllers on another console by any chance? Any additional information you can provide on the exact behavior you are experiencing (including
what you are doing on the console when the disconnect happens) would be helpful.
