Do you own this game? error code 0x803f8001

Bought a game on the store a couple of days ago. Its the first title i've purchased on my Xbox One X console. Payment went through, i've been charged and the download went fine. Once the download was complete i was eager to play but a message appeared asking me if i owned the game along with error code 0x803f8001.

I've already brought it up with Xbox support as i did not believe it to be an issue with being an alpha insider as i have another console not enrolled into the programme and i never received an email receipt despite being charged. Just wanted some heads up if it is a known issue with the latest build and if anyone else has suffered from a similar issue cheers.

If you are, we are actually investigating this issue since there are reports of this coming up. If you've already contacted Xbox Customer Support, then they should have already provided the information needed in order to track this and resolve it ASAP.
