Since a few days I can't see anything on the Viaply app, it loads and I can choose series/films but when I try to play them the app tell me that the app can't access viably right now, try later. But it can access it or I wouldn't be able to choose a movie/episode and then proceed to play it.
Same for Netflix. The difference is that Netflix shuts down asap. I can see that it begins to load, I can see the episode name and like something between 1-4% of loading then shuts down.
I've tried all the basic "turn it off and on" advices and literally every advice we get from the support in every other problem.
It doesn't work. Netflix crashed today and Viaplay died about 3-4 days ago.
Btw, I don't get any error codes or messages except what I wrote about Viaplay.
Viaplay weren't able to recreate the issue on their console but they weren't on the preview program either..
