Exactly the same for me

Try a Hard-Reboot. Had this problem last night as well. Had to do like 2-3 Hard-Reboots until it finally booted up. After that it worked just fine.

yeah , just randomly starting working after a couple of shutdowns

Hey, I advise just starting over, It did hiccup twice for me, so shut it off, when checked this AM it was all complete and without error

I have over 300 games that were installed and now they have gone to ready to install. What to do now. Hard reset didn't work.

I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread or not, but here goes...

With my Xbox One Elite controller, the home menus are screwy. It constantly pulls left. If you turn the controller off and back on, it stops - but the second you touch the thumbstick or D Pad it starts up again. It's always left.

This does not happen in games, but it happens on the Home menu (the pop-up where you would check gamerscore, view notifications, etc.)

It also happens a little on the dashboard (The only way to describe the cursor is "jumpy" - It will skip over items, both left directional and right directional. Up and down are fine.)

It also happens to a much lesser extent on the power menu (Hold down Xbox button)

I know it's not the controller for several reasons: I've tested it on multiple xboxes (Project Scorpio edition and Gears of War 4 XB1S).

It's brand new (Literally got it from the MS store this morning). I updated it, and that made it a LITTLE better, but not much.

Unfortunately, I do not know if this is exclusive to the most recent firmware update, because it is a brand new controller (D-Pad stopped working on my old one, which was a Christmas Present...although now I wonder if that was related to the previous update...)

I do not have any non-preview alpha boxes to test with.

This does not happen with Non-Elite branded controllers (I have a Day 1 edition xbox controller and a project scorpio edition controller that both work just fine...and that's how i get through the menus, kinda sucks...)

It does not happen inside games. I have tested with several different games including Destiny 2, Hand of Fate 2, and a couple others. No joystick pull at all.
