The Golden Apple Hack?

Hi everyone. I have had a friend that recently had his account hacked. He claims that when he attempted to log on his XBOX, his account glitched and a Golden Apple appeared on his screen. 

Here's what he said -

He logged into his account and got to the XBOX Live Dashboard.

When the dashboard loaded, a message popped up with a Golden Apple.

After the Golden Apple appeared, he got kicked out of his account, and says he cannot log back into it.

Then a few days after that, one of my trusted friends told me today to stop playing Minecraft because an hacker was doing this same thing to other people.

What is this Golden Apple and who is it from?

From what I hear, this "hacker" has a Ban Shield and cannot be found under recent players.

Anyone have any clue what this is?

Yes. I am being serious here. You know the message that pops up when a friend comes online? One of those pop up when you get into your XBOX Live Dashboard, expect it's a golden apple.

there is no such thing as a ban shield on xbox live lol, the closest thing is changing the console's  ID number, but to do that you need to get an unbanned number which means a new xbox.

also live accounts can easily be banned, your friend is full out poop.

I know my friend is trust worthy and that he wouldn't lie on this situtation. One of my friends just had it happen to him. On Minecraft, he was in his game on Invite Only and Offline Mode, and a character named "Unknown" joined his game. And I know he wouldn't lie.
