Bom dia/tarde/noite. Minha conta foi suspensa/banida injustamente. Comprei Minecraft no dia 03/04 ou 04/04, joguei até o da 21/04 em servidores privados com amigos, nunca sequer entrei em outros jogos da Microsoft ou servidores online de quaisquer outros jogos, muito menos escrever em fóruns ou comunidades. Minha conta foi suspensa dia 21/04 as 18:01 pelo motivo: ?? NENHUM. I was falsely banned and denied an appeal.
I was recently given a permanent suspension with no valid reason behind it and tried appealing and got denied, I have been a member of xbox for several years now and have had a max of 3 suspensions clearing up to me only have one current strike to my account, this shows it’s not a permanent suspension due to me reaching the max amount of strikes meaning the only possibility is enforcement thinks i did something wrong which i haven’t, i’m not financially stable enough to go out and buy another console especially the same one i had as it is the new one and took a big chunk out of my money not to

Texture packs on different ps5 accounts
I play minecraft on my ps5. But i only get money on a specific account and i want a texture pack on my main account so if i logged out on my microsoft account on my main ps5 account and logged in it(the microsoft account) on the one i get money from and bought my texture pack and then logged out of the account i get money from and re-logged my microsoft account on my main ps5 account do i still get the texture pack??And these accounts are all on one ps5 not many different ps5s

Why does microsoft make it extremely difficult for those who got their minecraft accounts hacked to get them back
Before migration, you could prove ownership of a Minecraft account by providing the transaction ID to a Mojang employee, and that was more than enough. Now, the only way to prove ownership is by having an Xbox console and providing the Console ID. Why is it like that?No matter how much information you give, it’s not enough to prove ownership of the account unless you have an Xbox.Why does the single-use code email not even tell you it’s for logging into your account? Can't play Fallout 4 because it won't sync xbox series x|s
It says I have insufficient space to save therefore I cannot sync data from my profile for Fallout 4. I have deleted the local storage which was at 2GB and every time I load it up afterwards the local saved data comes back and I cannot sync to cloud, therefore I cannot play the game. I’ve tried uninstalling the DLC’s and then playing but that doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled the game multiple times and reinstalled and that didn’t work. I’ve hard reset my Xbox and that didn’t work. It only happens with fallout 4. How can I fix this? I also tried clearing 360 data as mentioned in another response

help with xbox gift card redeem issues
i have this xbox gift card thats been in my room for a couple of years and i forgot about it, i checked my order history and its not there and when i tried to use it said its already been redeemed so im wonder if there is anyway i can see what email i might have used with this, its in pretty good condition and it has all the numbers and stuff on it if that helps.

Why do Series X|S games install onto storage devices automatically where they are not playable?
I’m struggling to understand why storage cards or external storage is available for an all digital console when half the games require to be installed on internal storage just to play them. On top of that, why does the Series S get stuck displaying “Finishing things up” at 99.2% of transferring a Series X|S game into internal storage? It says in other community posts that this issue has been fixed when it hasn’t and now I’m stuck having to install a game a second time in as many days. Your guys systems work great.
