My Xbox One S has got the error E102.

Hello, I'm from the Netherlands so my English is not so good.

I started my Xbox One S and they said there was an error E102. I tried to fix the problem and used every single method that's on my Xbox screen. I even tried to get it back to fabricate, but it will always tell me that I have the E102 again. Over and over again. I'm desperate now.

How to fix the error also is on this website, but that's for Xbox One and I have a Xbox One S. I also don't have an USB, so my only option is to get it back to fabricate, but when I try that, it says: 'System preparing' with a pic of the console. After a few minutes I get the same black page with error code E102.

I hope you still understand what I mean and that someone can please help me, I'm desperate.

So sorry to hear about the error code you're receiving. Let's have you first perform a factory reset while keeping your games and apps as well as running the offline update.
