It may be that your recipient has set their Junk mail filtering to exclusive. If they choose Exclusive for junk e-mail filter, only messages from e-mail addresses on their Contacts or Allowed senders lists appear in their Inbox. Messages from senders not on those lists are automatically sent to the Junk e-mail
You can also tell your recipient to mark your emails as safe by going to their junk mail folder and open the email message you sent, there should be a button named "Wait, it's safe!" in the email message. Tell them to click that
and your emails should now be sent directly to their inbox.
