How to stop Microsoft Smartscreen putting our emails in junk

Hi,

How do stop Microsoft Smartscreen putting the emails we send out in junk?

Is there someone we can ask to get our email address out of the blacklist?

Hi,

 

It may be that your recipient has set their Junk mail filtering to exclusive. If they choose Exclusive for junk e-mail filter, only messages from e-mail addresses on their Contacts or Allowed senders lists appear in their Inbox. Messages from senders not on those lists are automatically sent to the Junk e-mail folder.

 

You can also tell your recipient to mark your emails as safe by going to their junk mail folder and open the email message you sent, there should be a button named "Wait, it's safe!" in the email message. Tell them to click that and your emails should now be sent directly to their inbox.
