Lost all Hotmail emails after rename to Outlook

Hi,

I've renamed my hotmail account yesterday at 11am (BST) to outlook.com, and have in the process lost all my emails.

I was shown no prompt to transfer or save my emails. After rename I was shown another login screen and once logged in, presented with an empty inbox.

Can I have these restored please.

I need these restored asap as I had very important emails in there which I need access to today.

When was the account renamed?
9th June 2013 at 11:00 London time

Did the data loss occur right after renaming or was the data still there for a brief time?
Right after.

Did you have issues logging in before noticing data loss – did the customer have to reset his/her password?
Yes. I tried to login and was shown a blank screen.

Did you click on any link before the issue occurred?
No.

Did you try to close/deactivate the account before the issue occurred?
No.

Did you have issues logging in before or after renaming your account?
Yes.

When was the last time you logged into your account?
Prior to rename at 11am.

Could you describe the data lost? (all messages before a date, etc.).
Everything lost (received, sent draft etc etc)

I tried trying to recover the email via the deleted folder, however no link exists in there.

I tried all of the suggestions provided previously with no avail.


Answers for the questions - 


1. Please provide the email addresses of the account before and after renaming

2. When was the account renamed? (Estimated Date and Time) 

9th June 2013 at 11:00 London time


3. Did the data loss occur right after renaming or was the data still there for a brief time?

Right after


3. Did you have issues logging in before noticing data loss – did you have to reset his/her password?

Yes. I tried to login and was shown a blank screen.


Did you click on any link before the issue occurred?

No.


4. Did you try to close/deactivate the account before the issue occurred?

No.


5. Did you have issues logging in before or after renaming your account?

After renaming account was prompted ot login again, after which was shown a blank screen.


6. When was the last time you logged into your account?

With all emails in tact - prior to rename at 11am. When logging in with original hotmail account now, I get forwarded to outlook address, and any emails sent to original hotmail account not being received. 


7. Description of the data lost (all messages before a date, etc.).

Everything lost (contatcs, emails received, emails sent, draft etc etc)
