lawful emails reach junk folder due to smartscreen

Hello, I've been sent several emails from domain ____@<our_domain>.com.es and they reach the junk mail folder.
It says that SmartScreen marked them as spam, although I can see in the mail's headers that everything is ok: spf, dkim, etc. all says PASS.
Moreover.. it's just hotmail (or should I say smartscreen) who considers this emails to be spam, as Gmail, Yahoo and other services are accepting the emails correctly.
What could we do? what's wrong with smartscreen?

If you'd actually read the post you cite, you would see that the person Vijaya responded to said that the steps didn't work. So, in fact, Vijaya's "instructions" are worthless.
