Hi,
I recommend that you optimize your browser, clear browser's cache and temporary internet files to make sure that your browser’s setting is not contributing to your issue. Please check this
article for instructions.
I also suggest that you upgrade or download the latest version of your internet browser to make sure its compatibility with the new interface. Please refer to this link to know more about it.
In addition to that, if you are using Internet Explorer, I suggest that you reset its settings and check if the issue gets fixed. To Reset Internet Explorer settings, follow these steps:
1. Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).
Click Start, type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press
ENTER: inetcpl.cpl and the Internet Options dialog box appears
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
4. When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
5. Start Internet Explorer again.

Fix it Solution Center to troubleshoot the possible issue on your computer.
Just choose the area you're having problems and it will automatically diagnose and repair common software problems in Windows, Internet Explorer or other Microsoft products.
If you still encounter the same issue, kindly tell us a detailed description of it. This will help us to pin point the root cause of your problem and provide you an appropriate solution. Kindly answer these questions as concise as possible:
• Does issue persists when using a different internet browser?
• Does it also persist when using a different computer?

We also suggest that you install the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight. Here are the steps:
1. Go to this link: http://microsoft.com/getsilverlight from within the same browser that you had the problems with. That page will detect which version (if any) you currently have.
2. If their installed version is less than 5.1.1, then we suggest that you follow the steps on that page to update it.
3. If Silverlight is updated already and the problem isn't solved, try disabling Silverlight in the browser's extension/plugin
You may also access your account through a mail client like Windows Live Mail. you can download Windows Live Mail here. After installation, please refer to this article on how to configure your Microsoft account in Windows Live Mail.
