Additional Details
How do I get rid of this email that is apparently blocking all the rest that I have tried to send?  I have checked on charters' webpage and am able to send/receive email from their, but not through Windows Live Mail.  Can receive on Live Mail, but cannot send.

A:

Remove the offending message from the outbox (below the account folders in the folder pane). You may need to click Work offline to be able to do so.
