SCRIPT ERROR WHEN PRINTING FROM LIVE MAIL

WHEN TRYING TO PRINT FROM LIVE MAIL(Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3538.0513) I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE AND THE EMAIL WON'T PRINT.

I CAN PRINT FROM ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS. PROBLEM JUST STARTED RECENTLY.
I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 7.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry to hear that the steps we've provided didn't work for you. To isolate the issue, make sure that you are using the latest version of Windows Live Mail. Before upgrading to the latest version, check that the messages and contacts you want saved are available when you sign in to the web version. If some of your messages and contacts are available only in Live Mail, export your messages before removing the account. See How do I import and export email, contacts, and calendars with Windows Live Mail?

        Sorry for the delay. Did not know I could not reply unless I use internet explorer. Tried what you suggested and got the the following while the repair was running

 

                                "Sorry, something unexpected happened and windows live mail must close. Your most recent changes may not be saved."

 

         The problem still persists. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting your query. I understand that you are having issues printing in Mail. Let's try to isolate if the issue was caused by corrupted Mail files. Try repairing it by following these:

 

1. Press Windows + R, type AppWiz.cpl, click OK.

2. Select Windows Live Essentials, click Uninstall/Change.

3. Click Repair all Windows Essentials Programs.
