Q: All emails going to "JUNK" instead of "INBOX" folder

Hi All,

I am getting all my emails in the "JUNK" folder instead of "INBOX" even if the email addresses are from safe list and are already in my contact list. I am facing this issues in my Windows Live Mail as well as Windows Live web mail.

To isolate the issue, kindly check if you have created rules in Hotmail:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Hotmail account.
2. At the upper-right corner of your Hotmail page, click Options and then More options.
3. Under
Customizing Hotmail, click Rules for sorting new messages.
4. Please check if there's an email rules.
