Windows Live Mail Error 550, Error ID: 0x800CCC69

Each time I open WLM, it attempts to send a message that is too large.  After an extended time, an error message appears:

Server Error 550, Server Response: 550 Message too larage; message rejected (R0111004), Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC69. 

How can I delete this message so WLM won't keep trying to send it?

[Translation: Mailbox will not accept such a large message]

Have you tried deleting the outgoing message from Outbox folder?

I hate to be one of those dummies that foul things up, but I just received another response to my problem and don't know how to close my thread.  I went back to you first reply and still can't find a way to close it.  Can you help me out on this.  Your response solved my problem and I want to close the thread.

I have the same problem but it doesn't say the file is too large it just says I don't have permission to send email.

I'm on Charter IMAP mail now.

Here's the error message I receive.

I hope someone can help with this - I've looked everywhere I cannot find a solution.

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'imap.charter.net', Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.2.0 you are not allowed to send mail to <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> E9210', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

I just solved the problem.

I had to delete the POP3 account in Accounts for the IMAP address to work.
