When a user on the computer uses WLPG it looks at their contacts on Windows Live and Facebook and updates the meta data in the photos when it finds a person tag that matches the name. The problem with this is if several users on the same computer point to the same photos (on D: drive for example). If they each have the same person in their list but one person has it in WL and the other in FB then the meta data is updated each time the users use WLPG. This means the photo file is changing all the time when it should not.
This appears to be able to happen even if all the users are not singed into WL, but did so at some point in the past.
Another side effect of this is that if they are signed in and a remote FB user changes their name then the name tags are all updated in the local files. This is not good when you have lots of photos of teenagers that keep changing their names/handles.
I was hoping the work around this bug would be to not log on, but that does not seem to help. Is there a way to flush out the contacts that WLPG seems to have access to?
