Hi Ben,

Thank you for your response.

In your email address @xyz.com is the domain, it may be @outlook.com, @Hotmail.com @gmail.com etc.

However, let's try the following steps and check if you might have added your email account multiple times. Follow the steps below.

1. Open Windows Live Mail and go to File > Options > Email account.

2. Check if you might have added an email account more than once If yes, then click on the email account and select Remove.

If your account is added only once, then login to your email account through the web browser and check if you receive multiple copies of the same email by sending a test email to your email account.

Awaiting your response.

Regards,

Jesinta Rozario

Once again thank you !

I have followed your Instructions and I have 2 e-mail addresses

1 Live.co

2 Microsoft communities.

Test e-mail sent to my e-mail accxount  has only one message.

@Outlook .com would be original Domain.

Hi Ben,

We apologize for the delayed response.

Kindly reply: Do you have any antivirus installed in your computer?

Let's first check if the issue is due to your account or Windows Live Mail. Therefore, remove your account from Windows Live Mail. To remove Windows Live Mail, click on File > Options > email accounts. Click on your account and select Remove.

Now, login to https://outlook.live.com/ through the web browser and send a test email to your account. Check if multiple copies of the email still arrive when you access your email account through the web browser.

Let us know if you can still see multiple emails while accessing your account through the browser.

Regards,

Jesinta Rozario
