Hello,
Thanks for posting back. Base on the error you provided, it would be best if you contact your email provider to get the proper configuration and also to inquire if they have server issues. After getting the proper configuration, remove and re-add the account using the steps here.
Regards,
Richard

I have never come across a mail server that supports the use of SSL on port 110. This is the 'standard' port for unsecured POP3. Secured connections are usually made over port 995, so you could ask your mail service provider if that is supported.
The error you're seeing - account is locked by another session or for maintenance -
is commonly caused by accessing the account from another device, like a smart phone. If the other device is configured to use push mail (messages are delivered to the device as soon as they arrive at the server), no other device (like your computer) will
be able to access the mailbox, because there can be only one connection at once.
To clear the error, then, turn off push mail for any other device that is accessing the same mailbox. You could use POP3 instead, which polls for new messages on demand or at regular intervals in the same way as Windows Live Mail. Set the interval to a prime
number of minutes different from that set in Windows Live Mail to minimize the number of collisions, e.g. 9 minutes on the mobile device and 11 in Windows Live Mail.
