every time i try to access live mail or reply to an email on craigs list i get the wlidcli.dll is not on my pc and needs to be reinstalled.

There could be some files that needs to be repaired. Please follow the steps below to repair Windows Live Mail.

1. Click Start and select Control Panel.

2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.

3. Right-click on Windows Live Essentials and select Uninstall/Change.

4. Click Repair all Windows Live programs.

Some files may have been corrupted which is beyond system repair. Please make a clean uninstall and reinstall of the program. Please follow the steps below.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps and check if the issue will still occur.

1. Locate the local directory of your Wndows Live Mail. You can refer to the location below.

C:\Users\"Your computer profile name"\AppData\Local\Microsof

Note:
The local directory may vary depending on where you install your Windows Live Mail. Please take note to show hidden files, to locate the local drive, steps are presented below on how to show hidden files.

2. Delete any folder that has a Windows Live name.

3. Uninstall Windows Live Essential.

4. Download this network frame update on this website http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976982.

5. Reinstall Windows Live Essentials.

To show hidden files, please follow these steps:

1. Open any folder.

2. Press and hold the Alt key.

3. Click Tools and go to Folder Options.

4. Click View Tab then under Hidden files and folder click the button beside Show hidden files, folder and drives.

5. Click Apply then Ok.

Here are the steps to upload the log files:

1. On the private area of the moderator's post, click Upload a File.
2. Click Select.
3. Navigate to where the file you want to upload is saved on your computer and click Submit.

Note: You’ll need to sign in to Windows Live Solution Center for you to be able to see the private data area.
